Class actions and employment litigation for people up against institutions

I represent people harmed by practices that reach far beyond one person: a city program that took homes and kept the equity, a pay system that paid one group less than another, an industry that didn't pay overtime. I am a partner at Valli Kane & Vagnini LLP in Garden City, and I represent plaintiffs only.

If you are an employee

I handle discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages and overtime, and unpaid sales commissions. If what happened to you may have happened to your co-workers too, tell me. That is often where the strongest cases start.

If you are a lawyer

If you have found a practice that harms many people and the case is bigger than your practice can carry, I am glad to talk about co-counsel.
